Base Salary
$180k - $390k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents for healthcare interactions.
- Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot to deployment.
- Partner with healthcare leaders to understand and address their challenges.
- Develop expertise in healthcare systems and workflows.
- Guide the evolution of Sierra's core platform based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing environments.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Genuine interest in healthcare and improving patient/member experiences.
- Familiarity with healthcare technology and compliance requirements is a plus.
