Base Salary
$79k - $111k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build technical solutions to complex business problems across the software development lifecycle.
- Develop robust, high-quality software and RESTful APIs for margin, collateral, post-trade, clearing, and related financial technology processes.
- Collaborate closely with product teams, users, and global engineering teams.
- Contribute to a strong engineering culture and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Require 2–5 years of hands-on professional software development experience.
- Require a bachelor’s degree in computer science or an engineering field involving software programming or systems engineering.
- Require proficiency in Java, React and/or Python.
- Require hands-on experience building APIs with frameworks such as Spring.
- Require proficiency with data structures, algorithms, and SQL.
- Expect familiarity with test-driven development and clean code principles.
- Prefer experience in investment banking or financial services.
- Prefer experience with AWS, Kafka, Kubernetes, S3, DynamoDB, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases.
