Base Salary
$140k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the embedded GTM Engineering partner for Solutions, Partnerships, and Education teams.
- Build and own partner and ecosystem workflow automations for partner identification, co-selling, registration, account intelligence, and related processes.
- Extend Clay into new use cases, provide product feedback, dogfood new features, and evangelize Clay infrastructure and GTM Engineering practices.
- Partner with GTM leaders and frontline teams to understand current revenue motions and identify breakdowns.
- Own projects end-to-end from discovery and prototyping through rollout, adoption, and iteration.
- Automate, augment, or redesign workflows using AI, data, and systems design.
- Design systems that improve funnel speed, visibility, data quality, and execution.
- Connect systems through APIs, webhooks, integrations, and automation layers.
- Measure performance, adoption, and business impact, then continuously improve the systems built.
- Act as an internal thought partner on the future of AI-native GTM systems.
Requirements
- At least 6–10 years of experience in RevOps, GTM Engineering, or a similar applied technical discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Operations, GTM Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Hands-on experience building, developing, or connecting Salesforce and adjacent go-to-market systems, including partner relationship management or similar systems.
- Proven ability to build and troubleshoot using Python, JavaScript, SQL, or TypeScript.
- Track record deploying AI-powered internal tools, automations, or agentic workflows.
- Experience with data warehouses, BI tools, or event-driven systems.
- Ability to communicate technical topics clearly with nontechnical stakeholders and business requirements to technical audiences.
- Ability to operate effectively and drive change in ambiguous, fluid, hypergrowth environments.
- Experience building in Clay as a primary workflow or enrichment layer is highly preferred but not required.
- Experience in analytics engineering, data science, or programming languages is a bonus.
