Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the technical design, architecture, and delivery of complex front-end and back-end features.
- Drive architectural best practices for secure, scalable, and resilient solutions.
- Mentor mid-level and junior engineers and lead code reviews.
- Pioneer the use of AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity.
- Architect workflows that integrate automated decision-making with human validation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals.
- Define measurable technical goals and work with leadership to achieve them.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with expertise in TypeScript, Java, and React.
- Proven track record of designing and building highly available architectures at scale.
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants and their safe integration into workflows.
- Strong understanding of rigorous testing standards, including unit and E2E testing.
- Exceptional verbal and technical writing skills for clear communication.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities and a bias toward action.
