
Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack

Base Salary
$155k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical design, architecture, and delivery of complex React/TypeScript front-end and Java back-end features from inception through production.
- Drive architectural best practices for secure, scalable, resilient systems.
- Mentor mid-level and junior engineers, lead code reviews, and raise the organization’s technical bar.
- Advance the use of AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT for coding, testing, and documentation.
- Architect human-in-the-loop workflows combining automated decision-making, high-throughput data processing, and validation for trade desks and operational teams.
- Partner with Trade Desks, Quants, Product Managers, engineering leads, and other stakeholders to translate business goals into technical execution.
- Define measurable technical goals and collaborate with leadership to achieve organizational targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, modern JavaScript, Java, React, WebSockets, or similar technologies for real-time data streaming, as well as browser APIs and standards.
- Proven experience designing, building, and owning highly available architectures at scale.
- Strong familiarity with AI coding assistants and the ability to use them safely to improve developer productivity.
- Deep understanding of rigorous unit and end-to-end testing, including React Testing Library, Playwright, and Cypress.
- Exceptional verbal and technical writing skills for communicating with engineering and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, results-focused problem-solving abilities.
- Authorization to work full-time in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
