Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems with multi-agent orchestration, RAG, routing, tool invocation, memory management, and lifecycle observability.
- Own RAG pipelines, including embeddings, chunking strategies, vector search, context engineering, and quality tuning.
- Integrate multiple LLM providers with abstraction, fallback routing, token management, and cost and latency optimization.
- Implement production LLMOps, including evaluation harnesses, prompt versioning, observability, cost monitoring, and safety monitoring.
- Work directly with client engineering teams through workshops, proofs of concept, code-with sessions, and architecture walkthroughs.
- Create reusable patterns, accelerators, and playbooks for future client engagements.
- Define and communicate metrics for agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Production software engineering experience and hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions.
- Production-depth experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or an equivalent agentic orchestration framework.
- Production experience calling OpenAI, Anthropic, or Vertex AI APIs, including provider abstraction, token management, and latency and cost tradeoffs.
- Ownership of RAG pipelines involving embeddings, chunking, vector databases, and context engineering.
- Experience designing evaluation harnesses, prompt versioning, production observability, and safety monitoring.
- Cloud-native delivery experience with Kubernetes, Docker, serverless technologies, and infrastructure as code using Terraform or Helm.
- Strong Python or Java production engineering, debugging, and observability experience.
- Demonstrated delivery of production agentic systems, including at least one multi-step agentic system in a real environment and evidence-backed design decisions.
- Experience integrating at least two LLM providers with fallback routing, cost management, and latency management.
