Responsibilities
- Own the AI-motivated Lavaflow debugging roadmap and convert proof-of-concepts and existing workflows into production-grade agentic tools.
- Build autonomous skills, agent solutions, and deep tracing tools within the Lavaflow ecosystem.
- Collaborate with client teams such as BARD to enable automated end-to-end issue debugging and reduce mean time to resolve and developer friction.
- Design and develop software using expertise in distributed systems, software architecture, and system design.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- At least 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- At least 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience with distributed systems, software architecture, or system design.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in computer science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
