Responsibilities

Lead customer teams to visualize, strategize, prioritize, implement, and measure impact with Stripe solutions.
Partner with customers to co-develop strategies for embedding Payments capabilities throughout their platforms.
Work with business and technology leaders to define solution-specific architectures that simplify payment processes.
Act as a technical consultant to advise on financial architecture best practices.
Conduct deep discovery workshops to understand existing financial technologies and architecture.
Advise on change management efforts for product solutions and prioritize conflicting KPIs.
Create architecture diagrams to drive solution and implementation decisions.
Provide recommendations on Stripe product direction to capture additional market share.
Develop reusable assets such as scalable value drivers and architecture guides.
Showcase technical thought leadership through forums like whitepapers and conferences.
Travel approximately 25% to connect with users and collaborate internally.

7+ years of experience in payments or fintech.
Knowledge of ISO payment standards.
Experience designing payment flows for large enterprises.
Familiarity with various global payment methods, including BNPLs and wallets.
Understanding of optimizing payment experiences for checkout conversion.
Knowledge of integrating payment hubs with core banking and fraud systems.
Expertise in improving conversion, cost optimization, and processing reliability.
Experience with large-scale infrastructure for multi-party money movement platforms.
Ability to present persuasively to peers and senior leadership.
Experience in creating strategic technology directions and communicating plans.
Effective communication skills across multiple audiences.
Willingness to travel as needed.
