Base Salary
$195k - $229k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and engineers to deliver significant business impact.
- Set technical direction for critical product and infrastructure surface areas.
- Design, develop, and own product functionality and infrastructure using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and modern tooling.
- Build purchasing, checkout, trial, renewal, self-serve upgrade, billing, and unified trials experiences.
- Collaborate with engineers and contribute to Vanta’s engineering culture and customer impact.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of industry experience.
- Experience providing technical leadership for teams or complex projects.
- Startup experience or experience in an environment with a bias for action.
- Experience working on greenfield projects.
- Interest in learning about security or prior security-industry experience.
- Curiosity and sound judgment when using AI to improve efficiency and impact.
