Base Salary
$150k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teammates to prioritize and execute the product roadmap.
- Design, develop, and own complex features and software components end to end.
- Deliver robust, scalable, and well-tested full-stack code.
- Help establish engineering best practices and contribute to a high-performing team culture.
- Collaborate with Design and Operations teams to continuously improve the product.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience, including at least 1 year contributing to system design or architecture.
- Full-stack proficiency with TypeScript and JavaScript on the frontend and Node.js on the backend.
- Experience building frontends with React, with a balanced full-stack or strongly frontend-focused background preferred.
- Experience using MongoDB as an application database.
- Experience with BigQuery for analytics and querying large datasets.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Interest in AI-focused product work and ability to collaborate remotely across the Americas and time zones.
- Strong collaboration skills with senior technical leadership and cross-functional teams.
