Responsibilities
- Lead the high-level design and long-term technical roadmap for the App Marketplace or Extension Framework.
- Design and implement core SDKs, webhooks, and UI-extension patterns for third-party developers.
- Build and maintain ecosystem platforms and integrations with financial institutions and accounting, HR, ERP, and marketplace systems.
- Establish coding standards, observability patterns, and security protocols for the team.
- Build documentation infrastructure, sandboxes, and tooling to improve the external developer experience.
- Collaborate with backend, product, design, and go-to-market teams on scalable ecosystem solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience developing Internet applications, large financial systems, or e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in coding or scripting languages such as Java, Kotlin, C++, or Python.
- Deep familiarity with the standard library, idiomatic usage, and best practices of a primary programming language.
- Direct experience building or maintaining a public-facing developer platform, app marketplace, or extension framework.
- Preferred: deep expertise in Domain-Driven Design for complex business logic and microservice boundaries.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and advanced observability tools.
- Preferred: experience integrating AI or LLM models into integration workflows or developer tooling.
