Base Salary
$155k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain software for data pipelines, algorithms, storage, and access.
- Productize research capabilities into standardized software packages.
- Deploy tools and capabilities into operational environments.
- Monitor system performance, uptime, robustness, and reliability using standardized tools.
- Develop and implement software standards across a diverse engineering team.
- Lead development initiatives from inception through prototype and production.
- Collaborate with software engineers and researchers on classification, anomaly detection, forecasting, and related solutions.
- Interact with customers to understand requirements and apply feedback to mission-critical problems.
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship required by the U.S. government.
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with one or more high-level programming languages; equivalent experience is considered.
- Experience developing software for big-data applications.
- Fluency with containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Experience with orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes.
- Preferred qualifications include an active Top Secret clearance, Security+ or other certifications, ETL pipelines, SQL, database storage, CI/CD tools, user interfaces, APIs, user authentication, and access controls.
