Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, customize, and support ServiceNow applications and modules across IRM, BCM, and SecOps.
- Implement risk management, policy and compliance, audit, regulatory change, business continuity, crisis management, and operational resilience workflows.
- Develop and enhance Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and Threat Intelligence capabilities.
- Build REST/SOAP integrations and configure IntegrationHub and MID Server-based integrations with enterprise and security applications.
- Automate workflows using Flow Designer and support data synchronization with external systems.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot platform issues, support upgrades and releases, and follow ServiceNow development standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, support testing, and collaborate with architects, QA teams, administrators, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 6–12 years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow development expertise.
- Hands-on experience with IRM/GRC, BCM, and SecOps.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, risk and compliance workflows, and business continuity processes.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server configurations.
- Understanding of CMDB and ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder interaction skills.
- Preferred experience with operational resilience frameworks, SIEM or security monitoring integrations, cloud platforms, and security operations.
- Preferred knowledge of Agile/Scrum, ITIL processes, and enterprise governance frameworks.
- Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and CIS – Risk & Compliance.
