Responsibilities
- Design and execute the GTM team’s AI adoption strategy, including Claude use cases, prompt libraries, AI agents, and quality and security standards.
- Write and maintain production Python and JavaScript for GTM automation, data pipelines, API integrations, and Claude-powered agents.
- Manage deployment processes for GTM-owned applications in a dedicated GCP project, including pipelines, monitoring, logging, and security practices.
- Build secure integrations among Salesforce, Gong, Zendesk, GCP, and the Claude API with authentication, error handling, and retry logic.
- Architect automation across lead enrichment and routing, call processing, pipeline management, and RFP response generation.
- Create documentation, runbooks, and training content and conduct hands-on sessions to drive AI adoption.
- Track AI capabilities, GCP services, and industry practices and recommend tools that improve GTM productivity.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in a technical GTM, revenue operations, sales engineering, or software engineering role with hands-on production-system experience.
- Strong coding skills in Python and/or JavaScript, including experience with APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns.
- Experience deploying and managing cloud services, preferably on GCP, including Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, BigQuery, or Pub/Sub.
- Understanding of IAM, service accounts, and secure deployment patterns.
- Production experience building with LLM APIs such as Claude or GPT, including reliable workflows, monitoring, error handling, and security controls.
- Ability to own work from coding through deployment and adoption, define scope with minimal direction, and operate effectively amid ambiguity.
