Responsibilities
- Design and execute the AI adoption strategy for the GTM team.
- Write and maintain production code in Python and JavaScript for GTM automation workflows.
- Define and manage the deployment process for GTM applications on GCP.
- Design and implement secure integrations between various systems.
- Architect end-to-end automation workflows to eliminate manual work in the sales cycle.
- Create internal documentation and conduct training sessions for team adoption of AI tools.
- Stay current on AI capabilities and recommend new tools to enhance GTM productivity.
Requirements
- 4 - 7+ years in a technical GTM, revenue operations, sales engineering, or software engineering role.
- Strong coding skills in Python and/or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP.
- Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs in production.
- An owner's mindset with comfort in ambiguity and accountability.
- Ability to define scope and success criteria with minimal direction.
