Base Salary
$100k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise fullstack applications across front-end, API, microservices, messaging, and backend layers.
- Build and deploy applications using OpenShift, Kubernetes, AWS or other cloud infrastructure, Docker, and Jenkins.
- Deliver continuous-delivery projects with automated unit, integration, and performance-testing pipelines.
- Perform integrations between on-premises, vendor-hosted, and third-party applications.
- Provide technical guidance focused on user experience, security, application performance, and integrations.
- Sustain and enhance application functionality, performance, security standards, and distributed systems.
- Create end-to-end data and CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot on-premises and cloud applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
- At least 3 years of application design and development experience, including enterprise web applications, messaging, and integration services.
- 4–6 years of development experience across the application stack, including front-end/UI, microservices, APIs, JPA, SQL, and MQ.
- At least 3 years of programming experience with React, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML.
- At least 3 years of experience building and deploying applications with OpenShift, Kubernetes, AWS or other cloud infrastructure.
- 2–3 years of experience with messaging systems such as MQ, Kafka, or related technologies.
- Experience with distributed and multi-tiered systems, algorithms, databases, RESTful APIs, middleware, batch processing, and third-party integrations.
- Experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server, continuous delivery, automated testing, and application deployment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to lead some projects while contributing to others.
- Banking or financial services experience is preferred.
