Responsibilities
- Develop and support API management and database schema design solutions.
- Ensure API endpoints comply with industry best practices, Oracle guidelines, enterprise security, and data privacy requirements.
- Perform capacity planning, technical documentation, design reviews, refactoring, consolidation, upgrades, and solution lifecycle management.
- Coordinate release schedules across environments, teams, and vendors and resolve conflicts to reduce business disruption.
- Engage key business users to gather feedback, assess satisfaction with system integrations, and address issues.
- Gather requirements and prioritize data transformation projects with the OTE Application & Extension Manager.
- Collaborate with the OTE team to deliver efficient and well-run processes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience.
- At least 4 years of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure experience.
- Demonstrated experience planning and implementing cloud application services in a global, multinational, multi-vendor environment.
- A proven record of service excellence, positive stakeholder relationships, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams using internal and external resources.
