Base Salary
$165k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with strategic enterprise customers to implement Cinder and improve internet platform safety.
- Drive adoption of user protection measures at large internet platforms.
- Diagnose and solve customer safety problems through technical and strategic solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Cinder’s platform and Trust & Safety practices for customers, industry organizations, and government agencies.
- Address bugs, missing features, and last-mile development challenges, or coordinate handoffs with engineering and product teams.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to triage and prioritize feedback from Cinder users.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the Engineering and Customer Success organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, software engineer, solutions engineer, sales engineer, or in a relevant technical role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of safety engineering or safety operations through firsthand experience.
- Alternatively, experience as an early technical hire at a high-growth SaaS company partnering with large enterprise customers to deploy technical solutions at scale.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with enterprise customers and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Deep familiarity with AI/LLM-powered tools and AI agents, including guiding customers on their use in safety and investigation workflows.
- Product ownership or engineering experience in Trust & Safety, Integrity, or Fraud is preferred.
- Fluency in enterprise data architecture and/or AI safety is preferred.
