Base Salary
$165k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with strategic enterprise customers to implement Cinder's platform.
- Drive adoption of user protection measures at major internet platforms.
- Diagnose and solve customer safety problems with technical solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Cinder’s platform and Trust and Safety practices.
- Address technical challenges and collaborate with engineering and product teams.
- Triage and prioritize feedback from Cinder users with Customer Success.
- Contribute to the growth of the Engineering and Customer Success organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer or similar role in a high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of safety engineering and operations.
- Experience partnering with large enterprise customers to deploy technical solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with enterprise-level customers.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered tools and their deployment in safety workflows.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to take initiative.
- Excellent listening skills and a team player mentality.
