Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
- Develop technical proposals, architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and integration strategies.
- Advise customers on data security, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and related best practices.
- Support sales strategies, account plans, revenue targets, and sales activity.
- Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments.
- Provide customer and market feedback to product management.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.
- At least 3 years of sales engineering or technical pre-sales experience focused on cloud computing and cybersecurity is required.
- Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and cybersecurity principles.
- Knowledge of SaaS applications including Microsoft 365 and Salesforce.
- Experience with data security, IAM, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to engage clients and partners, build relationships quickly, and support client-facing activities.
- Results-oriented ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Advanced degree and certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support sales activities.
