Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Administer Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including user access, business unit configuration, and security settings.
- Design and build SFMC solutions using AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and APIs based on business requirements.
- Monitor platform health, email deliverability, data hygiene, and compliance with CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR.
- Maintain and audit Data Extensions, Automation Studio automations, Journey Builder journeys, and Contact Builder configurations.
- Build and maintain REST/SOAP API and SFTP-based integrations with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other marketing technology systems.
- Troubleshoot journeys, automations, and data flows; document processes and configurations.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for SFMC projects and support QA and testing for campaigns, features, and integrations.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration experience, including Data Extensions, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Contact Builder.
- Experience with SFMC REST/SOAP APIs and SFTP-based data integrations.
- Proficiency in AMPscript and SQL, with working familiarity with Server-Side JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of email deliverability practices and CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR requirements.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Preferred experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and familiarity with live entertainment, ticketing, or hospitality marketing.
- Preferred familiarity with GA4, attribution or personalization platforms, and HTML/CSS for responsive email templates.
- Salesforce Administration Certification and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification are preferred; certifications may be obtained within the first six months.
