Base Salary
$130k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and implementation of the real-time voice processing system.
- Design and build scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
- Optimize LLM integration for natural, compliance-aware conversations.
- Develop internal tools for voice agent monitoring and improvement.
- Build customer-facing dashboards and reporting systems.
- Partner with customers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish engineering best practices and technical standards.
- Drive technical decisions that shape product direction and onboard new customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 2–5 years of production software engineering experience.
- Strong background in API design and experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP.
- Experience with real-time audio processing or WebRTC is nice to have.
- Background in Golang, TypeScript, or React is nice to have.
- Experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, DevOps, infrastructure automation, or fintech and financial systems is nice to have.
- Strong problem-solving, architectural thinking, communication, and organizational skills are required.
