Base Salary
$180k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build voice agents, browser agents, OCR pipelines, and LLM-powered workflows for production.
- Design evaluation frameworks and feedback loops to enhance model accuracy.
- Manage the full ML lifecycle including model selection, fine-tuning, and deployment.
- Collaborate with product, ops, and legal experts to ensure AI solutions are effective.
- Stay updated on emerging research and tools to improve the tech stack.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in building and deploying production ML systems.
- Strong Python skills and experience across the ML stack.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and evaluation design.
- Proven track record of shipping maintainable AI systems.
