Base Salary
$212k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Explore and develop new product experiences with cross-functional partners.
- Lead investments into new technical capabilities for product innovation.
- Develop prototypes to validate ideas while considering long-term technical implications.
- Translate prototypes into high-quality, scalable production code.
- Define and improve coding standards and development processes.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to engineers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in backend software engineering.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master/PhD in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Strong expertise in Java/Kotlin; JavaScript and React are a plus.
- Experience with large-scale service-oriented architectures.
- Passionate about efficiency, availability, and technical quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to drive alignment and manage projects.
