Base Salary

$91k - $141k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a wealth-management subject-matter expert on implementation and upgrade projects.
  • Analyze and evaluate client requirements, provide product guidance, and configure and tune CRIMS to meet business and technical needs.
  • Train clients, test workflows, resolve issues, and ensure clients are prepared to operate the solution after go-live.
  • Advise clients on implementation and operational best practices for Charles River solutions and services.
  • Contribute to sales presentations and proof-of-concept projects supporting sales opportunities.
  • Identify potential product enhancements, communicate improvements, and contribute to documentation updates.
  • Communicate software defects to Technical Support and Product Management and validate resulting fixes.
  • Support professional-services colleagues, share best practices, mentor less-experienced colleagues, and help manage multiple projects.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience supporting or implementing wealth-management solutions within a wealth-management firm or software provider.
  • Strong knowledge of wealth-management industry practices, including asset allocation, model management, portfolio construction, drift monitoring, tax optimization, pre-trade compliance, rebalancing, and trading workflows.
  • Experience with managed account SMA/UMA programs, mutual fund wrap programs, Rep as PM, and Rep as Advisor programs is especially valuable.
  • Basic command of SQL and understanding of relational databases; familiarity with FIX or similar protocols is a plus.
  • Strong client-service, communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, analytical, time-management, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to mentor colleagues, share knowledge, manage multiple projects in parallel, and communicate plans, issues, and risks clearly.
  • Four-year degree in a business or technical field such as Finance, Mathematical Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Advanced degree or industry certification such as the CFA is preferred.
  • Ability to travel to client sites throughout the United States and Canada and work effectively remotely from clients.
