Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver new features and upgrades for internal EA SPORTS FC tools.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and Live Content producers to support dynamic game features.
  • Build and maintain full-stack web applications using C#/.NET and Single Page Application frameworks.
  • Participate in planning sessions, daily SCRUM-style stand-ups, and code reviews.
  • Solve complex technical issues and production problems in a time-sensitive manner.
  • Coach junior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of professional software development experience.
  • High proficiency with C# and understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Experience designing RESTful APIs and maintainable, structured, and documented code.
  • Experience with Single Page Application frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • Experience writing efficient SQL queries and using source control software such as Git or Perforce.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented design patterns, excellent debugging skills, and experience communicating with engineers, producers, and designers.
