Responsibilities
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with CIOs, CDAOs, enterprise architects, and technology leaders across Singapore Government agencies.
- Develop account-level technical strategies aligned with customer priorities, mission outcomes, and national digital initiatives.
- Design scalable, secure, compliant architectures spanning data ingestion, integration, storage, governance, analytics, business intelligence, and AI workloads.
- Lead technical design reviews, solution validation, discovery sessions, executive briefings, envisioning workshops, architecture reviews, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Guide customers on generative AI, intelligent applications, agentic AI, responsible AI, governance, security, and compliance.
- Partner with account teams on opportunity qualification, competitive positioning, technical decision-making, and executive stakeholder engagement.
- Share best practices, reference architectures, reusable assets, and industry insights while mentoring peers and contributing to technical readiness programs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or cloud solution engineering, or a relevant bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years of experience.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale data and analytics solutions.
- Expertise in at least one area such as data platforms and analytics, data warehousing and lakehouse architectures, business intelligence and visualization, data governance and information management, artificial intelligence and machine learning, or cloud data modernization.
- Experience engaging executive stakeholders and leading customer-facing technical conversations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred experience includes working with Singapore Government agencies or regulated industries and delivering AI, analytics, or enterprise data transformation programs.
- Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Data, Analytics, AI, Cloud Architecture, or Security certifications; Microsoft platform expertise; public-sector security and compliance knowledge; architecture workshop leadership; consultative engagement; and Design Thinking or innovation workshop experience.
