Responsibilities
- Drive technical solutions for complex AI workloads through customer evaluation and adoption.
- Develop customer-tailored code, prototypes, proofs of concept, demos, and integration patterns.
- Provide technical consultation, advise customers, and build long-term customer relationships.
- Support sales strategies and technical wins in partnership with technical sales teams.
- Document, prioritize, and drive resolution of customer feature requests and issues with Product and Engineering teams.
- Create reusable solutions and assets and represent Google Cloud at customer sites, conferences, and related events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Six years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience architecting AI-agent solutions integrated with enterprise data using Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Text-to-SQL, and semantic search.
- Coding experience in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, Go, or Java for customer demos, prototypes, or workshops.
- Preferred experience developing agents with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or Google AI Agent Development Kit.
- Preferred experience with SaaS applications, iPaaS, business automation, cloud infrastructure, agentic AI, and cloud networking.
- Experience engaging with or presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders is preferred.
- Knowledge of OpenAPI and Model Context Protocol integration patterns and observability constructs such as distributed tracing, logging, and audit logging is preferred.
