Responsibilities
- Drive technical solutions for complex AI workloads from technical evaluation through customer ramp and adoption.
- Combine sales strategies with hands-on development, coding, prototyping, proofs of concept, and demos to deliver customer-tailored solutions.
- Provide deep technical consultation, advise customers, and build lasting customer relationships.
- Create reusable solutions and assets from customer engagement learnings with the Go-To-Market team.
- Document, prioritize, and help resolve customer feature requests and issues with Product and Engineering teams.
- Travel to customer sites, conferences, and related events as required and publicly advocate for Google Cloud.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience architecting AI-agent solutions integrated with enterprise data using Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Text-to-SQL, and semantic search patterns.
- Coding experience in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, Go, or Java for customer demos, prototypes, or integration workshops.
- Preferred experience developing agents with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or Google AI Agent Development Kit.
- Preferred experience with SaaS applications, iPaaS, business automation solutions, cloud infrastructure, agentic AI, and cloud networking.
- Preferred experience presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
- Preferred knowledge of OpenAPI and Model Context Protocol integration patterns with business systems and API gateways.
- Preferred knowledge of distributed tracing, logging, and audit logging for AI applications.
