Base Salary
$150k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership and teammates to prioritize and execute the product roadmap.
- Design, develop, and own complex software features and components end to end.
- Deliver robust, scalable, and well-tested full-stack code.
- Help establish engineering best practices and build a high-performing team culture.
- Collaborate with Design and Operations teams to continuously improve the product.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience, including at least 1 year contributing to system design or architecture.
- Full-stack proficiency with TypeScript and JavaScript on the frontend and Node.js on the backend.
- Strong experience building frontends with React; balanced full-stack or strongly frontend-focused backgrounds are preferred.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience using MongoDB as an application database.
- Experience with BigQuery for analytics and querying large datasets.
- Familiarity with automated testing, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to own complex product features end to end, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate with senior technical leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Interest in AI-focused product engineering.
- Ability to work remotely from the Americas and collaborate effectively in a distributed team.
- A clearly differentiated engineering record showing outsized impact, not just solid senior-level execution.
