Base Salary
$82k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, operations, and support teams to design, develop, and maintain LabArchives products.
- Plan, build, test, and release new software features iteratively.
- Create and maintain unit tests and expand the automated testing framework.
- Participate in code reviews, security audits, and accessibility evaluations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and 8+ years of experience.
- Hands-on experience across front-end, back-end, and database layers.
- Server-side development experience with Ruby on Rails, Node.js, or PHP, preferably Ruby on Rails.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Familiarity with database design, object-oriented programming, functional programming, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Preferred qualifications include SaaS experience in regulated or research-focused industries, automated testing and CI/CD experience, accessibility standards such as WCAG, security best practices, and interest in scientific or educational technology.
