Base Salary
$210k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the launch experience end to end, including product surfaces, flows, and communications from Grader scan to live deployment.
- Build automation, tooling, and AI-assisted setup to reduce manual effort and increase launches per launch specialist.
- Develop upgrade flows and AI-powered product moments that grow self-serve ARR and platform adoption.
- Show customers proof of value at each step and explain why the next action makes sense.
- Partner with the AI Agents and Owner App teams to integrate AI-powered features into the launch journey.
- Ship customer-facing product features across the full frontend and backend stack.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience with meaningful experience shipping customer-facing product features.
- Extensive TypeScript experience and strong React skills, including ownership of complete frontend features.
- Experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB, or related frontend and backend technologies.
- Experience building onboarding, activation, or upgrade flows where user experience and communication of value drove results.
- Experience shipping end-to-end at a product-focused startup or scale-up with a small team.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, ownership, communication, and proactive problem-solving skills.
