Responsibilities
- Build, test, release, and maintain new features for Starling’s iOS banking application.
- Commit, review, and ship production code from the first week.
- Work in cross-functional feature teams and collaborate with mobile engineers across experience levels.
- Prioritize security, accessibility, reliability, and maintainability when implementing features and fixing bugs.
- Contribute to technical decisions, developer productivity, automation, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Experience developing iOS applications with Swift.
- Strong knowledge of UIKit concepts and components.
- Ability to produce robust, well-tested, clean, and maintainable code.
- Ability to understand and prioritize security and accessibility when building software.
- Care for product quality, user experience, design, and customer outcomes.
- Experience with reactive programming and RxSwift is beneficial but not required.
