Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical design, development, implementation, and production support of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Consumer Goods Cloud.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for customer stakeholders and lead incident management, production troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and service improvements.
- Develop and support Lightning Web Components, Apex, Salesforce integrations, and offline mobile solutions.
- Lead Consumer Goods Cloud implementations for field sales and store execution, including offline access, synchronization, conflict and error handling, and performance optimization.
- Provide technical leadership through solution and code reviews, troubleshooting, mentoring, CI/CD, release management, deployments, and environment management.
Requirements
- Require 8–12+ years of Salesforce experience, including Technical Lead experience and independent ownership of technical solution delivery.
- Require hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components, Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Salesforce APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Require implementation experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
- Require experience with Salesforce mobile and offline solutions, including synchronization, caching, connectivity constraints, data conflicts, error handling, and performance optimization.
- Require knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing models, governor limits, performance optimization, Git, CI/CD, DevOps, and Salesforce deployment processes.
- Preferred qualifications include Consumer Goods Cloud delivery for field sales and store execution, scalable Lightning Web Components, offline mobile support, technical leadership, and collaboration with business, product, operations, and IT stakeholders.
