Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement software according to coding guidelines while optimizing performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Evaluate and test personal software, software from other engineering staff, and third-party software.
- Create technical documentation for software design, implementation, and testing.
- Participate in design review meetings and follow software development procedures.
- Document and repair software errors.
- Work with cross-functional project teams to complete Product Engineering projects with minimal guidance.
- Use source code management and work tracking tools such as GitHub and JIRA.
- Develop collaborative working relationships with peers and team members and contribute to ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field.
- At least five years of progressively responsible Research & Development experience with an emphasis on coding.
- Full stack engineering experience spanning frontend and backend development.
- Experience with multiple database implementations, including MySQL, SQL Server, and non-relational databases.
- Experience with Go or Java and modern web technologies such as React, Node.js, Spring, or Ruby.
- Preferred experience with public cloud technologies, REST architecture, RPC protocols, container orchestration, and infrastructure as code.
- Preferred experience with TLS/PKI, OAuth 2.0, Kafka, RabbitMQ, monitoring, observability, systems management, centralized logging, and microservices-based architecture.
- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, teamwork, customer focus, and willingness to travel up to 10%.
