Responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic architecture for core software platforms and APIs.
- Manage day-to-day operations for AI tools including provisioning and access requests.
- Standardize AI protocols and connectors, implementing emerging industry standards.
- Engineer the LLM gateway and access layer for centralized model access and controls.
- Enforce platform governance through identity lifecycle management and role-based access control.
- Lead maintenance activities and create robust documentation for platform operations.
- Serve as an escalation point for operational issues, collaborating with various teams.
- Build a greenfield AI platform with defined standards for governance and deployment.
- Strengthen AWS infrastructure for AI systems, focusing on security and scalability.
- Drive architectural alignment through technical reviews and cross-departmental partnerships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software, platform, or systems administration.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and platforms like Glean, Gemini, and Claude.
- Expertise in identity governance, including SSO and RBAC.
- Proficiency in modern backend languages such as Python, Go, and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of production-grade system management and PDLC rigor.
- Service-oriented mindset to guide technical and non-technical users.
