Base Salary
$153k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build intuitive, stable, and scalable Android experiences using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and modern Android APIs.
- Own the full product feature lifecycle from ideation and technical design through implementation, testing, and release.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and Data Scientists.
- Champion engineering practices that support code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Mentor junior developers and improve team standards and collaboration.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional Android application development experience.
- Proficiency with Kotlin and/or Java and strong knowledge of the Android SDK and architecture patterns such as MVVM.
- Experience with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines and Flow or RxJava, Retrofit, and Room.
- Ability to mentor peers, lead complex projects, and influence architecture decisions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with a product-focused mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
