Responsibilities
- Drive fast time-to-market by collaborating with stakeholders to iterate on prototypes.
- Productionize AI/LLM prototypes and maintain robust AI services in a high-traffic environment.
- Implement observability solutions for deployed AI features and measure output quality.
- Design and implement technical architecture and data pipelines for AI services.
- Collaborate with the Platform Engineering team to design and deploy custom AI services.
- Apply advanced AI techniques and recommend new AI use cases based on system constraints.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building and maintaining machine learning or LLM-based applications.
- Strong backend engineering skills, particularly in Python and Kotlin.
- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks, MLOps tooling, and advanced AI techniques.
- Familiarity with building data pipelines and managing feature stores.
- Solid understanding of cloud environments, especially AWS, and containerized services.
- Passion for achieving business outcomes and a collaborative team spirit.
