Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and scale automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, UiPath, Copilot, and Azure AI services.
- Develop and operationalize AI agents, task automation, workflow orchestration, and end-to-end automation pipelines.
- Integrate data, APIs, RPA, AI models, and user interfaces into scalable, secure, maintainable solutions.
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify automation and AI enablement opportunities.
- Ensure the reliability, resilience, monitoring, stability, and integrity of AI and automation solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, best practices, training, documentation, and user support to stakeholders and citizen developers.
- Define data integration and data storage strategies and improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, finance, supply chain, sales, data architecture, data science, infrastructure, and external vendor teams.
- Create project charters, project plans, status reports, and other project documentation.
- Support automation strategy, architecture, governance, proof-of-value development, risk management, and project success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of related experience with automation development and AI/ML solutions or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on or academic experience with artificial intelligence, AI agents, automation, and digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of large language models, generative AI, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Experience or interest in cloud AI services such as Google Cloud AI, Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, and Lambda.
- Programming proficiency in one or more of SQL, Java, Python, R, C#, Power Fx, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, data integration, workflow orchestration, JSON, OAuth, and integration patterns.
- Understanding of ETL/ELT, data warehousing, data modeling, and data analytics; Power BI exposure is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Copilot.
- Knowledge of Azure services, including Azure AI, Azure Data Factory, and optionally Azure Functions or Azure Foundry.
- Experience with UiPath or similar RPA tools and strong understanding of Azure and AWS cloud technologies.
- Experience leading automation initiatives from concept through implementation and preferred project management experience for AI and automation projects.
- Preferred certifications include Microsoft Power Platform Developer or Solution Architect, UiPath RPA Developer, Azure AI Engineer, or Azure Data Engineer.
