Responsibilities
- Develop scalable and reliable enterprise applications.
- Load and extract data from Exiger technology and manipulate, organize, and transform data.
- Use Python, SQL, Excel formulas, and related tools to strengthen, speed up, and scale processes.
- Query, analyze, and interpret data from a wide variety of information systems.
- Deliver data, information, analytical work, reporting, insights, and recommendations related to business risks.
- Support proactive data creation, threat intelligence, and work with Exiger’s AI-powered research due diligence engine.
- Evaluate analytical results in the context of business risk.
- Manage project lifecycle tasks, personal workload, and pipeline.
- Follow the software development life cycle and deploy applications to Kubernetes in a scaled environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics, or equivalent experience; a technical or quantitative discipline is preferred.
- Six months to two years of experience using Python and SQL.
- Experience with data analysis and relevant software such as R, Python, or VBA.
- Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Sisense, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Experience with data loading and transformations focused primarily on Microsoft SQL Server; other database technologies are beneficial.
- Knowledge of relational database management system structures and database concepts is advantageous.
- Experience with code repositories and check-in, check-out, merge, and branch workflows.
- Experience deploying to Kubernetes and executing applications in a scaled environment.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Data analytics, pattern analysis, assessment review, and anomaly detection skills.
- Quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
