Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end service, program/project delivery, and ongoing management of a specific IT solution or product.
- Lead a virtual functional team to optimize the IT solution and achieve business goals while maximizing return on investment.
- Translate business requirements into technical IT requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot.
- Implement dynamic user interfaces with JSP and Thymeleaf templates.
- Manage MySQL data storage, retrieval, queries, and schema design.
- Use MyBatis or Hibernate for object-relational mapping and data persistence.
- Collaborate through SVN and Git for source code management.
- Build and consume APIs to integrate with external systems and services.
- Write and execute unit tests using JUnit or TestNG and apply functional, integration, and regression testing principles.
- Contribute to technical documentation, including code comments, API references, and user guides.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, postgraduate, or equivalent degree.
- 8–12 years of proficiency in Java programming.
- Experience with Spring MVC and Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with JSP and Thymeleaf for front-end development.
- Basic knowledge of MySQL database operations.
- Experience with SVN and Git.
- Understanding of MyBatis or Hibernate is preferred.
- Ability to design and implement APIs is preferred.
