Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions.
- Oversee configuration, integrations, and software release processes.
- Establish and enforce platform standards for stability, performance, quality, and business/vendor alignment.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple technical and business teams to resolve complex challenges and drive solution improvements.
- Lead best-practice development and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Strong knowledge of platform configuration and integration techniques in packaged or SaaS environments.
- Experience managing software release cycles and adherence to quality standards.
- Ability to establish platform standards supporting system stability and performance.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and resolve complex technical challenges.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
