Responsibilities

Develop and maintain core technology systems built on Unreal Engine.
Design and implement solutions for the performance and scalability demands of large open-world games.
Work on streaming, editor tools, physics engine support, memory systems, world-building tools, and engine-level optimizations.
Create tools and data pipelines that support massive game worlds with minimal performance impact.
Collaborate with Epic and internal disciplines to advance technology and meet stakeholder needs.
Guide project-wide technical direction and maintain relationships with power users of core systems.

Significant Unreal Engine experience in areas such as streaming, memory systems, physics, or world-building tools.
Extensive C++ experience.
Relevant game development experience, including work on a AAA title.
Experience developing for PC and consoles.
Experience with multithreaded programming, system architecture, debugging, and code optimization.
Collaborative communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across teams.
Custom game engine development experience is preferred but not required.

Office-first work primarily from Warsaw for at least 10 days per month, with remote work within Europe available for selected candidates.
