Responsibilities
- Automate compliance and finance regulatory processes.
- Create solutions that process large data sets for accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Finance, and Treasury teams to understand requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clean designs and scalable solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and prioritize work within the team.
- Perform hands-on design, development, and code reviews.
Requirements
- At least five years of software design and development experience.
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and database design.
- Experience with data warehouses like Snowflake.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to troubleshoot and assess problems logically.
