Responsibilities
- Design and build user-facing ML features using LLMs and generative AI.
- Collaborate with product, design, and ML research teams to deliver high-impact experiences.
- Own the technical architecture and implementation strategy for applied ML systems.
- Build scalable services and APIs for model outputs.
- Ensure ML deployments meet safety, fairness, and performance standards.
- Establish best practices for prompt design and model evaluation.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years on ML-driven products.
- Proven ability to lead complex initiatives across engineering and product teams.
- Strong backend development skills, particularly in Python with FastAPI or Flask.
- Experience integrating LLMs or ML models into production systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Ability to think rigorously about system design and user impact.
