Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the software design and delivery lifecycle.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, development practices, and quality assurance processes.
- Manage team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Mentor team members and support professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and align software efforts with organizational strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience with Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- Expertise in software architecture design and implementation for custom solutions.
- Experience managing and leading software development teams delivering scalable, high-performance applications.
- Ability to define and enforce development standards and quality assurance processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
