Base Salary
$100k - $114k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead or support client workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow Customer Service Management solutions.
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, business stakeholders, and client teams on solution design and delivery.
- Configure and develop ServiceNow CSM solutions using platform best practices.
- Provide technical guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, frameworks, integrations, and platform functionality.
- Support solution assessments, technical reviews, story estimation, documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- ServiceNow Customer Service Management certification and strong hands-on implementation experience.
- At least two end-to-end ServiceNow CSM implementations.
- Minimum three years of experience working with ServiceNow CSM solutions.
- ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, workflows, and integrations.
- ITIL Foundation certification and knowledge of IT Service Management principles.
- Experience with Agile development projects and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Preferred qualifications include Scrum Master certification or Scrum experience, additional ServiceNow certifications, ServiceNow integrations, scripting, custom application development, Customer Experience, Case Management, Digital Workflow, and enterprise consulting experience.
