Staff Business Applications Engineer, IT

Responsibilities
- Own the development, customization, and technical oversight of core business applications and integrations.
- Lead middleware and integration architecture across ERP, CRM, SaaS platforms, APIs, and iPaaS solutions.
- Design and review scalable, secure APIs, microservices, and cloud-based integration patterns.
- Manage system performance, upgrades, risk mitigation, and long-term technical health.
- Set engineering standards and provide hands-on technical leadership across enterprise systems.
Requirements
- Demonstrated technical leadership and ownership of architecture decisions.
- Experience working hands-on across enterprise systems, SaaS, middleware, and custom services.
- Ability to guide teams and partners through complex integration work.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, APIs, iPaaS solutions, microservices, and cloud-based integration patterns.
- Ability to build scalable, secure, and reliable systems.
