Backend Engineer

Responsibilities
- Provide mentorship, set technical direction, and define backend engineering best practices.
- Architect and scale coding-agent pipelines that scan and execute very large codebases.
- Build, maintain, and evolve evaluation benchmarks for AI agents based on user problems.
- Own product architecture, performance, and long-term technical success.
- Design secure, well-architected infrastructure that scales to thousands of enterprise users.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of full-time backend software engineering experience.
- Experience with backend programming; familiarity with multiple languages is a plus.
- The stack includes TypeScript and Python.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering, or equivalent industry experience, is required.
- Ability to solve complex problems with simple, reliable, scalable solutions and make appropriate trade-offs.
- Passion for programming, curiosity about technology, and an inclination to improve existing systems.
