Responsibilities
- Lead backend engineering efforts and provide mentorship to team members.
- Architect and scale complex coding agent pipelines for vulnerability detection.
- Build and maintain evaluation benchmarks for AI agents.
- Take ownership of product architecture and performance.
- Contribute to a product that addresses critical security issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in backend software engineering.
- Strong programming skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with multiple programming languages, preferably Typescript and Python.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Curiosity for new technologies and a passion for building reliable products.
