Responsibilities
- Drive customer success, satisfaction, AI adoption, and measurable business value realization.
- Design and lead architecture engagements, resiliency reviews, technical optimization, and production-ready Copilot deployments.
- Support customers with implementation, adoption and change management, operational excellence, performance efficiency, and secure deployments.
- Partner with account teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver Microsoft AI usage through structured engagements.
- Capture customer and partner insights and share feedback with Microsoft engineering, product, and global AI teams.
- Provide thought leadership, technical guidance, and mentoring on AI Business Solutions and adoption and change management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong and proven experience in cloud or infrastructure technologies, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting.
- Expertise in foundational AI, architecture design, and Microsoft AI Business Solutions, particularly Copilot for M365, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, and Copilot Agents.
- Ability to communicate business value, build trusted advisor relationships, understand customer needs, and work with partner ecosystems.
- Strong situational fluency, insightful listening, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Benefits
- Base pay range of £79,700.00 to £133,900.00 per year, with certain roles potentially eligible for benefits and other compensation.
- Position based in Paddington, London.
