Responsibilities
- Guide customers through AI Control Tower adoption across the Discover, Secure, Govern, Observe, and Value pillars.
- Advise on EU AI Act compliance, responsible AI practices, NIST AI RMF, and ISO 42001.
- Participate in configuration, customization, and solution builds for AI Control Tower implementations.
- Partner on enterprise architecture decisions and alignment with customer platform strategies.
- Manage technical stakeholder relationships across platform, administration, GRC, compliance, and executive AI functions.
- Support AI Control Tower product launches, early adopter programs, customer readiness, and feedback collection across EMEA.
- Create enablement content, adoption playbooks, configuration guides, best-practice documentation, thought leadership, and knowledge-base materials.
- Represent EMEA customer needs to the AI Control Tower product organization and contribute to integrated AI advisory offerings.
- Travel up to 30% annually, primarily across the EMEA region.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of technology implementation or solution delivery experience, ideally in GRC, risk, or AI governance.
- Customer-facing advisory or consulting experience translating technical capabilities into business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of AI governance, responsible AI frameworks, or regulatory compliance.
- Either 5+ years of deep ServiceNow platform expertise with hands-on implementation across multiple product suites and required CSA certification, or 5+ years of GRC, risk management, or AI/ML governance experience with demonstrated solution implementation.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, independent-working, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience implementing ServiceNow AI Control Tower, GRC, or related governance and risk applications.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI/ML platforms such as Azure AI, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Experience supporting enterprise software launches or early adopter programs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and strong industry connections in the EMEA AI governance and compliance community.
- Candidates following the GRC, risk, or AI/ML governance path will be supported in obtaining ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CAD within the first year; CIS or CAD is expected within the first year for the ServiceNow expertise path.
