Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, own, and standardize robust test automation frameworks, tooling, coverage, and CI/CD quality benchmarks.
- Perform hands-on automation testing for web applications, APIs, and backend services.
- Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with developers and DevOps teams on releases.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, support timely resolution, and drive proactive quality improvements.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote quality engineering best practices.
- Use AI/LLM tools for test generation, automation, scripting, test design, debugging, failure analysis, and self-healing locators.
Requirements
- Requires 7–10 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance and test automation.
- Strong experience with one or more automation frameworks or tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or REST Assured.
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, and QA best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps, plus version control systems such as Git.
- Experience using LLMs for test generation, automation, debugging, failure analysis, and self-healing locators.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, communication, decision-making, ownership, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience includes PLM or Digital Manufacturing domains, performance testing, security testing, test data management, Agile/Scrum environments, cloud-based testing, Docker, or Kubernetes.
