Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance components across software systems and applications.
- Design and execute performance test plans and scripts using performance testing tools and methodologies.
- Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimization techniques.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and contribute to team and cross-team technical decisions.
- Lead software development and testing best-practice initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional collaboration on project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy.
- Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy and strong knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies.
- Experience designing and executing performance test plans and scripts.
- Ability to analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with system architecture and its impact on software performance.
- Skilled in identifying bottlenecks and recommending optimization techniques.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
